New Millbrook Vintage Releases
We are extremely excited to announce the new vintage releases of a number of Millbrook’s most popular wines – just in time for summer.
The 2022 Regional Verdejo, 2022 Regional Arneis (cellar door exclusive), 2022 Regional Fiano and 2021 Regional GSM are finally back in stock!
Packed full of flavour, these wines are all made in small quantities and fruit is sourced from expert growers, showcasing some of the incredible alternative varietals that are planted across Western Australia. Although they may be varieties you haven’t heard of before, you will be sure to remember them once you’ve had a taste!
We have also just released some more extremely limited stock of the famous Millbrook NV Pedro Ximenez – also known as the nectar of the Gods! Made using the incredible solera ageing method, this is a deeply golden, sweet, silky-smooth drop, bursting with toffee, apricots, raisins and roasted hazelnuts. The blend from a few years ago was awarded 97 points in the Halliday Wine Companion… some say this is even better!

“I love being able to take the Fiano grapes in a style direction of my choosing. Light and fruity, or richer and textured. Finding that sweet spot is important and the Millbrook style lays somewhere in between, a bright, fresh, fruit driven wine with subtle texture to add interest and suitability for great food pairings.” Winemaker Emma Gillespie
2022 Regional Arneis (Cellar Door exclusive)
“The Arneis is a special small planting at our vineyard in Pemberton. Handpicked and then whole bunch pressed with the juice going straight to seasoned French oak for fermentation. The wine spent 5 months in barrel before going to bottle with minimal fining. This minimal intervention has allowed us to make the wine vegan friendly. There's lovely clarity to the fruit profile due to using just the clear free run juice in the blend, showing white stone fruit and golden delicious apple. Fermentation in seasoned oak and a time of aging on fine lees has produced a richer level within the wine, showing almond meal and honey characters.” Winemaker Emma Gillespie
“This is such a rare varietal outside of its homeland in Spain, grown on one of our company-owned vineyards in MR. Often compared to whites such as Sauvignon Blanc, we wanted to make sure to pull away from making it like any other white wine. This allowed us to create a wine yielding maximum expression of the varietal characters, by taking a more minimalist winemaking approach. This involved using fewer additions during the making of the wine.” Winemaker Emma Gillespie

“The latest blend of the Millbrook PX is an expressive fortified wine, exhibiting rich aromas of raisins and toffee. The wine has a luscious, generous palate of caramel, creamed honey, dried fruits and chocolate pastry. This is a highly anticipated wine each year, in the Millbrook range, loved equally by the winery crew, and customers, with the limited stock allowing us to make the most of blending small, cellar-aged fractions from our 'solera' barrels.” Winemaker Emma Gillespie
The Millbrook Regional GSM is one of the most popular red wines and consistently sells out every year. Fruit was harvested from the Ferguson Valley in Geographe and a small parcel of Shiraz from the Perth Hills, combining all the best elements of each variety into this delicious blend. The supple, fine tannins and notes of raspberry, violets, aniseed, plum jam and blackberry mingle on the palate to produce a juicy, mouth-filling wine bursting with flavour and spice. As Halliday Wine Companion writer Erin Larkin said recently, "$25 is a steal."
