Join us for an unforgettable Vegetarian Dinner where the versatility of plant-based cuisine takes centre stage, thanks to the incredible seasonal produce from our estate garden.
This inaugural dinner will be held on Saturday 29 March 2025.
House made canapés and wine will be available at our Cellar Door from 6.00pm and we invite you enjoy the stunning views from our deck as you watch the sun dip below the jarrah trees and Perth Hills.
A three-course dinner with wine pairings will be served in our Restaurant upstairs at 7.30pm.
With each course carefully crafted by Head Chef Gino Pannunzio, this event will celebrate the freshness and vibrancy of our garden’s bounty. The three-course menu promises dishes that are as innovative as they are delicious. Every course will be thoughtfully paired with a stunning Millbrook wine, elevating the flavours and creating a truly unique dining experience.
